Karen Dack – Chair of the Leadership Team

It’s a joy to be part of the leadership team here at CCMN.

I am a professionally accredited mentor/coach (Senior Practitioner with EMCC) who delights in journeying with others to help each person thrive and live life to the full.  Within varied roles, as both a nurse and registered dietitian I have been mentoring and coaching for over 30 years. I have supported NHS professionals – newly qualified managers, University students and outside professional work, besides adult church members too. I have even extended this to the owners of dogs to support canine obedience and agility training!

A change in career emphasis has enabled me to concentrate more intentionally on this ministry – you can find me on our network pages – and additionally, focus on other Christian helping ministries using my training as a Listening Practitioner and Pastoral Care trainer/supporter working with Pastoral Care-UK. These vocations are underpinned by a Post Graduate Diploma in Spiritual Formation, soon to be Master’s degree.
