I am passionate about supporting people to become all that God created them to be, seeing them flourish, and through that helping them make a bigger difference in the world.
I have worked in theological education and ministry training for over thirty five years and have published a range of books on ministry including the following topics: shame in the church, youth ministry, children’s ministry, collaborative working, reflective ministry, facilitation and spiritual care. I have experience of working with people from a range of ages and backgrounds and enjoy helping people to achieve things they thought that they couldn’t, particularly in an academic context.
I am a self supporting priest in the Church of England and licensed to a parish in Birmingham and a Companion of the Northumbria Community.
