Hello, thank you for taking the time to look at my bio. My name is Neil Bennet and I am a Church pastor, mentor, and coach.
I live in Ross-on-Wye with my wife Karen, where I am the pastor of Ross Baptist Church. Karen and I have two children, Christopher (21) and Hannah (16), and a chocolate springador named Max.
Following almost 10 years in facilities management, my leadership experience has focused on Church leadership and several charity organizations, including the Girls Brigade, Boys Brigade, and the Royal British Legion. I have been part of several National working groups within the Baptist Union, I am currently involved as a Trustee of the Heart of England Baptist Association, and I am a member of the gender equality and diversity working group. Something I am really passionate about is Church leadership, especially at the local Church level, with a specific interest in helping to lead change in respect to LGBTQIA+ inclusion.
I am a qualified (CPACB Level 4) therapeutic counsellor, and I am currently undertaking an MA in Christian leadership at Moorlands College.
In my spare time, I like to eat out, read, and watch films.
