I currently work as Assistant Minister in a team in an Anglican church as part of the Leadership team. I am also married to the vicar so I have a lot of experience of ministry life but have also worked in Healthcare.

I am an EMCC Accredited Coach/Mentor. I passionately believe in supporting others through Coaching and offer a flexible approach with no minimum commitment.

I have personally experienced both informal mentoring and more structured coaching and it has been hugely positive both in my own personal growth and in working through particular questions and decisions. If you are new to Coaching I would encourage you to give it a try.
