My early work experience was in secondary school teaching followed by 4 years doing youth work in a N London church. This led to founding and leading a church for 31 years with my husband in Camberwell/Peckham in SE London. We have now transitioned the main leadership but remain serving and leading in some capacity in the church. Through my own experiences I am keenly aware of the challenges and demands on all areas of a leader’s personal and ministry life, and therefore the  consequent need for regular support, mentoring and supervision. For many years I’ve had the privilege to come alongside and support leaders from a wide range of church streams and other work environments. This has included Learning Communities with other church leaders and their teams, one to one mentoring/supervision as well as for many years coaching the leadership teams within our own church community.
