I believe that mentoring is fundamental for anyone who wishes to improve themselves beyond what they can see of themselves.

I have experienced some great mentoring in the past and would not be the person that I am and in the place where I am (emotionally and spiritually) if it had not been through the mentors I have had in my life.

I have previous experience in particular mentoring young adults and teenagers.
